I am new to Jira and am starting my first projects from scratch (after reorganizing an old one). My project is similar to onboarding (but software instead of HR) and needs to be repeated for multiple teams. I am trying to utilize the chart functions as much as possible. I would like to know the best way to start a project. I have a backlog ready to be built, but I would like the issues to have start dates that reflect the actual working start of that issue. Would this mean I need to input each issue manually at their prospective start date or is there a more efficient way to do this without plugins? I want to make sure the time taken to resolve an issue is accurate. Is there also a way to save a backlog/project and replicate it?
