What is the best place to send general feedback to?

I'd really like to use JIRA + related tools in my organisation as I think the feature set is pretty impressive. But to be honest, the first few days has been quite a struggle. I'd like to share my feedback so wanted to ask what is the best way to do it. Should I send an email to some person at Attlasian or something like that? Thanks.
