What is the BR/RRD IDs: BR/RRD IDs error message?

Went to log a new epic for the Kanban board and when I hit the create button the following error occurs at the top of the entry screen:

BR/RRD IDs: BR/RRD IDs is required

Any idea what this is and how to resolve the issue?

This means that

• You have a field called "BR/RRD IDs"
• The field configuration for this issue type in this project has the field set to mandatory
• I suspect also that the field is not on the "create" screen

You will either need to get the field added to the create screen and use the standard issue-creation process to create new issues, or get the flag set so it becomes optional.  Either way, you'll need an admin to reconfigure it.
