• Focus on Understanding:

  Ensure everyone on the team understands the definition of each story point and the factors that influence the estimation. 
• Don't Overthink:

  While detailed estimation is important, don't get bogged down in overly complex calculations. Focus on getting a good enough estimate that allows the team to move forward.
