Dear Atlassian community,
I received a strange e-mail and I cannot decide if it is normal, we are hacked or someone is trying to hack us. Can anyone tell me if these message are genuine and harmless or should we try to look more into them? Our internal admins definitely have nothing to do with it.

It means what it says - as an admin, this person has swapped their session to become your account (only Cloud admins can do that). They are temporarily logged in as you.
Note that this is an atlassian support account, so it is quite likely that he is investigating something you have raised with support. If in doubt, or you have not reported anything to Atlassian, email it direct and also think about raising a support request to ask what is happening.
