We have users in one account using "@domain.com" in their user accounts, I would like to verify this domain under an organization in a different account to test SAML features. If I do this and those user accounts under that domain become managed will that impact the users in the original account?

if you do verify a domain, then all Atlassian accounts with an email using this domain will become managed : this means that users will receive a notification and they will no longer be able to edit some information on their account (account name for example).
