What happens if you set a resolution to be a default one?

Hi all,

All this morning I am searching to find what happens if you set any resolution as default. I made some tests and after putting "Done" as a default resolution, nothing has been changed, i.e. if you do not have post function or resolve scree, the issue will be unresolved on any Done status. 

I can't find the logic and it's driving me crazy!

Hi @Magdalena Zhisheva ,

Default resolution will appear as default value in the screen where Resolution field is placed.

If you workflow has not a screen with Resolution field within so default value will take no effect.

I can now live my life in peace :D It will be a very good option if you can use the default ones for those workflows who doesn't have configured post function or resolution screen. 

In our case, that means that we have to manually check all WF's in our instance....
