What group shares seats with Org admins?

Hello everyone!

We have a premium license and have 15 seats for Org admins and whatever else shared that, but I don't know exactly which groups do that. 

We are currently 22/15 for seats, and Org admins only has 7 people in it. I'm wondering if there's another group that shares that if anyone is aware.

This is a problem because I need to add another Org admin, but because of the seat limitation, It will not allow me to add anyone else.

Hi Johnathan,

Go to Settings > User Management > Apps > Atlassian Apps > then Manage app for the product you want to edit. 

There you can take Org Admins group out of having access to the product and just handle it another way for those users.

Seats are not allocated specifically to roles. You pay for a number of users that may be licensed to use and access the specified app.

An Organization Admin is typically also granted licensed access to the apps, but one does not need to be an Organization Admin to be granted licensed access to the app.

Where you see "22/15" is the "22" a clickable link? If so, click on it to get a list of the users that it is counting.

You should also be able to go to admin.atlassian.com, select Directory > Users, and then filter by app to find the users that have been previously or currently granted access to the app.

You might also review Domains to see if access is automatically be granted to users based on domain.
