On https://www.atlassian.com/agile there is the following sentence:

> Scrum and XP are favored by software development teams, while Kanban is a darling among service-oriented teams like IT or human resources.

What kind of people belong to "IT" when developers are explicitely named?

It's a standard common abbreviation of "Information Technology" - it's broadly a catch-all for "I work with computers".

Or I work on the network, cloud and on-premises services used to keep the company connected and productive.

Ah yes, I thought so, but I'd count developers into that. I guess that is any other IT role other than devs.
