What can I do taht the custom fields disappear from Request at the Portal

When I am modifie an Request form , buy deleting one of the field it Disappears from the summary screen on a historical Request on a Customer portal. For Example:
Two weeks ago I have raise a Request witch have an Action field on it. I have choose a value in that field and submmit a Request. Then after two weeks I have deleted the Action field from the request form , and I see that the field disappers from the summary screen of my historical Request. Form our client is unacceptable for auditable reasons. To You have some kind of workaround for this , or some custom solution?

Yes that would be the result if you remove it. Something to try but doubt it will work, still worth a shot. Try keeping the field but hiding it. If that is unsuccessful I can’t think of another option.

To be ohnest for me it is a strange functionality of JSD, becouse all the service desk tems needs to have a full history for the issues . Maybe some info was very important some time ago , and when the field disappears from historical issues it can not be auditable in an appropriate manner , what is most importantfor Service Desk Teams. But well it is what it is. Again thanks for an answer
