I am working on a small Business Intelligence team and we are interested in adopting JIRA cloud software for agile work management. We currently intake requests via ServicePro ticketing software. What are the best options to integrate/facilitate the automatic flow of incoming SP tickets to a backlog in JIRA? Is it necessary to use Zapier 3rd party software? Is there something more direct? Any suggestions, information or documentation would be appreciated.
