What are the best Practices to set up Jira User stories? Any ideas to share as per your experience?

Friends- My current client is setting up more robust processes in Jira and I would like to seek some help from you all. Some of details are:

• Current status: Initial project set up and dashboards done
• Change Management, Confluence and Portfolio done
• Now moving to more robust process in Jira
• No user stories are currently existing in Jira

What are the best Practices to set up Jira User stories? looking for some nice ideas based on your experience.

Jira is a great tool to work agile! In my opinion there is not one single best practise and it really always depends on the organization and ow it works (yes I think every organization is different even if maybe using the same agile framework).
