Via the webhook data is sent to Service Now which creates a User Story in Service Now June 29-2022 at 3:10 (see screen print).
When the user story is updated in Jira (e.g. story points PCMMWR-669) the webhook must again supply data to Service Now.
However, here the Epic Link is not sent via the webhook. This causes the link to fail because it expects an Epic link.
When I change the Story points half an hour later, the Epic link is sent. How is this possible?
How can it be that the webhook does not consistently send the same data is this logged?
