We are using the Jira Service Desk Customer Portal and are wondering if we can have more than one Portal because we'd like to have a separate one setup just for Customer Advisory Board members to vote on New Features and Enhancements on the roadmap. This needs to be a different URL than the Customer Portal. Is there anyone that can advise us how to do this?

You could split off into a separate Jira instance if preferred - i.e have an internal Jira instance, and a public one, if these Board Members are external customers.
