We're having trouble connecting to Tests. Try contacting the developer for support.

Getting this error: "We're having trouble connecting to Tests. Try contacting the developer for support". So, unable to add the test steps or tests in the JIRA-XRAY for the past 2 days.

Welcome to the community!

There seems to no open incidents with x-ray https://xray.statuspage.io/

I would suggest reaching out to xray for support.

Just curious if have looked into audit log?
