We need help in setting up the project.

Anton Saninskiy December 17, 2020

The task to be solved is to process claims from clients in one interface (now we receive them by mail or by telegram and start a ticket in Jira).
A gmail - example@example, for receiving emails.
1. It is necessary to set up a task in the Jira project for a new email from a client sent to example@example
2. When creating a task - a notification to the sender's address with the task number
2. At certain events (comments, change of status) - a letter is sent to the client - I would like to understand what possibilities of setting and making for the necessary events
3. Possibility to send notifications from the task to different e-mail addresses (if there is such a thing:))

Pretty much off-the-shelf stuff:

  1. See https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/
  2. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-notification-schemes/ - look to the "issue created" event
  3. As point 2
  4. Notifications go to people, who have a single email address.  If you want to use alternate emails, you'll need to set something up to cover them, either secondary jira accounts or automations or scripts that can be made aware of secondary email addresses
