We have two Jira Default Access groups - is this going to be an issue?

I'm working with a client and have noticed that they have two Default Jira Access groups?

  • jira-software-users
  • jira-users

When I add a new user to their Jira instance, both of these groups are added to that user when I give the Jira access?  If I remove Jira access, they are both removed.

I don't think I can select these as they are Default Access groups...?

Is this likely to cause them any issues in the future? Is it just harmless weirdness???

They are on Cloud Jira.

Thanks!
