We have more than 25 Gigs of attachments in our JIRA project, what options other than deletion to we have with JIRA cloud to store more than 25 Gigs of attachments etc.  Is it possible to configure  a OneDrive or Box directory to be the default storage location for attachments?

Thanks

Sean

Hi Sean,

There is a helpful document that explains Atlassian's Cloud storage policy.  25GB of attachments is pretty much the max for a Jira Cloud instance with 500 or less users.  There is another tier for Cloud instances with more users.

It is not possible to store these on an alternative service to the best of my knowledge.

That document also explains that our support team can help consult with you to help reduce the files with your consent.  But exceeding this limit by a small amount is typically not a problem.  If you exceed this by a large amount, then your account's technical contact will be contacted in order to address the problem.

Regards,

Andy
