We have Jira Cloud standard license , can we create a contributor role and assign to external user do it required the license.

All users that need to have ability to "work on issues" (e.g. be assigned to a ticket) must have assigned license.

2nd option is to have Jira Service Management in your organisation but is recommend for solving customers (externals without license) issues. Not assign customers to the tickets.

Contributor role is only applicable for users with a Jira Software license, then they can be contributor on Jira Service Management project.

When we tried to setup Jira Service Management project it is saying 14 days trial .
Is there any separate license require for setup Jira Service Management project.
