We have 50 project per each mounth, each project has an maximum of 5 issues
I want to see the projects that are working for each user. I want to see the projects that were closed by user X in the current day. I want to see the projects that are allocated and which have not been taken by each user.
Hi!
I am wondering if your use of "Projects" is really a good one. Jira is not really designed to easily create & "archive .. read: hide" projects ... quite an intensive task. Especially if each of your projects has a max of 5 Issues ... sound like a lot of overhead for very few things to do.
Have you considered if you could work in a single "jira project" (or a few) and use individual Issues to represent what you refer to as a "project" - then use subtasks to manage the max 5 tasks in that "project".
That way you can use workflow (like - Open -> In Progress -> Completed) on the Issues representing the projects and reporting will be easy with the standard tools/gadgets of Jira.
Cheers,
Christian
What do you mean closed projects? Projects can not be closed in Jira. Projects do not have statuses.

You are right! How can I manage 50 projects that are gathering.
