HI team,

we have a quarterly plans to achieve our milestones. we don't follow the sprint mechanism, to plan and manage and view we are using advanced roadmaps in our data center version of Jira, while we are configuring the Plan in advanced roadmaps it is not letting us to configure the cosutomized view of the jira tickets, and it is not showing the child tickets on view board please suggest me the good way to implement a plan whic can show the child tickets in the Hierarchy like it shows in structure and timeline view based on target start ad target end date

I'm not sure you're able to see subtasks this way in Plans.
As the alternative solution, I may suggest trying Planyway plugin that provides with the flexible timeline options along with the chance to see subtasks right on the board view like this:
