We couldn't start JIRA

since this mornig we cannot work with our jira server container

@atecresa  there is a  question where you either have to select ask the community or continue with this request, select continue with this request then try to answer the other questions. You will be able to open a support ticket with Atlassian

From the error it really says that you need to send the support zip file to Atlassian.
