Did you mean:

We couldn't connect to that work item

Today all of my Jira Cloud kanban work spaces have the same issue: any card clicked or entered in a browser, even incognito, results in

We couldn't connect to that work item.

I have tried all the suggestions that the Jira support AI offers (toggling, editing a card - cannot edit them, but can create a new one that then cannot be edited), etc. Because it's Jira Cloud, there is no reindex option. Because it is a free account, they point me here for support.

I'm the only user, have Jira and Jira Admin permissions.

I'm also experiencing this issue when I try to view any Work Item in Jira Service Management.
