We backing up our Jira Cloud for every two days in a week.

As following same procedure we back-up our Jira cloud today but back-up memory for today is 1.5 MB. Usually we get 1.8 GB every time we do backup. To do back-up again it is blocked for upto 48 hrs.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

I saw that you created a ticket with our support and they were able to identify that the backup was generated without attachments, that why it had 1.5 MB instead of 1.8 GB as it supposed to be.

I'm sharing this information here in case other community members have the same question.
