We've been experiencing this issue since the start of the 7.x releases and after having installed release 7.10 I'm giving up on it being automagically fixed.
When we try to edit an issue from the search results we just get a UI blocker and nothing else is permitted until we refresh the screen.
If instead we click on the project id the system will present us with the browse view of the issue where we can edit the issue to our heart's content.
If anyone has any thoughts on this issue I sure would appreciate the help. We are running in a reverse proxy scenario but it doesn't make sense this would be a factor since it works on one view but not another.
