We are unable to create a work items in Sandbox

Hi Team,

I am not able create a work item 
Verified Permissions -- Available

Workflow Validators -- No 

Nothing is blocking but when i click on create issue it wont show any project or it wont show any issue type but i can see the error below 

You do not have permission to create issues in this project.

Hi Sudarsana,

Just realize that the Sandbox is different from Production and will not necessarily have the same permissions. By the error message, you do not have the correct permissions. You need to add yourself to a project role on the project most likely.
