We are getting error from Jira API "Issue does not exist or you do not have permission to see it"

Please help us to resolve that error, we have checked all permissions in our Jira account and all permissions are enable for performing Jira actions.

When you try to fetch the issue from your browser logged in as the same user, do you get the same error?
