We are getting 405 error in live server only while adding an issue using Jira API
. The same is working fine in testing,development environment.

lesstif/php-jira-rest-client 1.20.2 JIRA REST API Client for PHP Users
All the libraries are same in development, testing and live. The only difference is in live, our site is in https and in other environments are in http.
The error response is as below:
