Want to give permission to specific user to specific ticket.

I want to restrict users from seeing any other ticket in the board other than the one assigned to them.

Some questions you may ask,

  • Company Managed project
  • Customized permission scheme
  • Customized work item security level and assigned to Space.

The doubt I have now is if I was actually able to assign the security level properly. And the father of all doubts, if it's even possible?

I also tried to add security level to my screen. But for some reason it's not visible.

Hi @Md_ Abrarul Huda

Did you put any automation or post-function in the project that set the Security Level to the appropriate issue?

I want to. But I can't make security level visible.

Dear @Md_ Abrarul Huda

Please check the following points.

- Make sure that Security Level field is available in that issue type's View and Edit screen.

- Make sure that the automation actor has the Set Issue Security Permission. You can check it in the Permission Scheme.

- Check the automation. Edit issue --> Security Level and choose the correct security level.

Thanks a lot. It worked. Still can't see Security level in the tickets. But when I auto assigned the security level it worked. Now I just have to make a way to make security level visible in the screens.

Hi,

You can use the security level, it will work correctly. Juste create a level with the assignee as a member
