Visualizar subtareas en el cronograma - Gantt

Tengo un tablero en Atlassian en el que cree épicas, historias y subtareas. Cuando visualizo el cronograma no me aparece la barra de fechas con las subtareas; aparece un símbolo de que se tiene subtarea, pero no hay ninguna opción para abrirla y visualizarla en el Gantt

¿Puedes confirmarnos qué tipo de proyecto estás utilizando? Obtenga esa información en la columna Tipo en la página Ver todos los proyectos en el menú Proyectos.

¿Puede proporcionar una imagen de pantalla del gráfico que está viendo?

Can you confirm for us what type of project you are using? Get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

Can you provide a screen image of the chart you are viewing?

View subtasks in the schedule - Gantt

I have a board in Atlassian where I create epics, stories, and subtasks. When I view the timeline, I don't see the date bar with the subtasks; I see a symbol that says there is a subtask, but there is no option to open it and view it in the Gantt.

En la columna tipo me aparece "software gestionado por la empresa". Te comparto imagen del cronograma. Lo subrayado indica la historia en la que se tienen subtareas.

Actualmente no es posible mostrar subtareas en esa vista de línea de tiempo. Hay una solicitud de cambio al respecto, a la que puedes agregar tu voto.

Si está utilizando una suscripción Premium, es posible que tenga acceso a la función Planes. Eso sería evidente si ve "Planes" como una opción de menú. Con la función Planes, puede crear un plan que haga referencia a los mismos datos y la línea de tiempo asociada con el Plan le permitirá expandir la jerarquía para ver las subtareas.

It is currently not possible to show subtasks on that Timeline view. There is a change request about that, to which you can add your vote.

If you are using a Premium subscription you may have access to the Plans feature. That would be evident if you see "Plans" as a menu option. With the Plans feature you can create a plan that references the same data, and the timeline associated with the Plan will allow you to expand the hierarchy to see the subtasks.

In the type column I see "software managed by the company". I share an image of the schedule. The underlined indicates the story in which there are subtasks.
