Viewing Plans

I have created a plan granted view access to specific people and just to test to jirs-software-users group.  I amnot an Org or a site admin for this company but I am a space admin.

The challenge I am having is none of the people I granted view permission to are able to see the data in the plan.  The plan is blank for them.  I hav confirmed my filter is available to my organization.  The spaces inlcuded in the plan include the 3 specific people i granted view access to.

So where should I look next i am scratching my head and again I do not have Org or site admin privledges to see or adjust global permissions.  Any thoughts on what I may have missed?

Are the users able to access the projects directly to see the issues?

You said your Filter is available to your organization. Does that mean you Plan uses that Filter as its source?

Are you users able to access the filter directly and do they get the correct results?

Which tab within the Plan are the users viewing? Have you made sure they have not added any filters or view settings that would hide information from view?

Can you get a screen image of what one of the user's sees when they try to view your Plan, and share it with us.
