Hi, I cannot share a dashboard with a user. The dropdown does not list the role I created.

The role Product Team is there in project roles, but the dashboard options do not list it.

Thank you for reaching out.

The problem you are facing usually happens when your own user is not added to the project role. This is intended behavior since the system should not allow groups/roles to be added with access to Dashboard or filters when they are not related to yourself. 

Please, try the following steps and check if it works for you:

- Navigate to the Development project > Project settings > People

- Add your user with the Product team role

- Go to your dashboard and try to add the user again
