Viewing Average Time to Resolution for Defects

Hi All,

Our team is looking to provide better test metrics, and one of these is showing the average time to resolution for bug cards. I was looking to add a gadget to provide a Dataplane Report (graph) for displaying this. Has anyone been able to construct a JQL to display this?

You could create a filter that pulls in all your defects and then use that filter to drive a kanban board and control chart. The control chart will tell you how long overall on average the defect spent in each status of the workflow you're using.
