View settings of board get lost (once page refreshed)

Hi there,

the view settings I set for a board get lost once I refresh the page or change the board. I am the board creator and admin. What could be the cause?

Hi there, Harald! I think there may be a little bit of confusion here, but it's worth taking a look at!

Despite being the board's admin, usually each view is user specific to their preferences - so each time you enable one of the filters or similar, it's not "sticking" the way you really intend for it to when you leave and come back. In order to get part of the way there, it's ideal to bake as much as possible into the board configuration itself (rather than relying on each person’s ad‑hoc view):

• Set columns and statuses as desired in Board settings.
• Configure swimlanes (e.g., by Stories, by Assignee) under Board settings → Swimlanes.
• Add Quick Filters that represent your common views (e.g., “My Team”, “Bugs Only”) instead of manually filtering each time.

Hi @Adrian Woods , yes thanks. Columns, swimlanes and quick filters are used and work. This is only about the view settings on the right (see pic in first posting). 

Not sure if I understand you correctly there, but if these are not intented to remain once I leave the board and come back, then why does this work for all other users / colleagues?
