View Summary of assigned work link not appearing for future sprints

Hi,

When setting up a future sprint in the backlog, I no longer get the ... link to "View summary of assigned work" link for future sprints.  It does appear for the current sprint.  I am quite sure that I used to get that link previously for future sprints.

I do get the link for future sprints on another test implementation that was used to create the production setup.  Both instances are running the same version of Jira.   As far as I'm aware no major changes have been made between the two instances.

Hi @wilmarsugar,

Please note that you will be able to see "Workload by assignee" only if you have the issues in your future sprint assigned to any member of the team. If the assignee field is empty you will not see the link to view "Workload by assignee"

Yes that worked.  Thank you.

I was expecting to get the ... even if no tasks were assigned.  It is my key tool for looking at workload for the sprint.

For me as a Scrum master, I want to be able to see the breakdown of estimate  / remaining / assignments / unassigned *always*, not just if 1 item has been assigned (and 20 others unassigned).

That implementation seems to be quite bad from a useability perspective.

I do realise now that the text says "View summary of assigned work", but it does show a line item for unassigned work.
