I would like to setup a corporate Jira account for our internal development projects. We also work with 3rd party development teams on particular systems and I would like my business users to be able to access the 3rd party Jira board by logging into our corporate account i.e they dont need to switch Jira accounts depending on what system they are reporting an issue for. Is this possible?

Hi Clare!

Using a shared account is not recommended for couple of reasons (mostly security ones).

You can give your business users access directly to the board instead. In order to do that, go to your board's settings menu and check which users have access to the filter of it.

Don't forget to grant them permissions to see the tickets in the proper projects.

Other approach would be just to create a separated board, just for your business users.

Hope that helps,
Velizar
