When I try to use the filter by Sprit by clicking the "View in Issue Navigator", I get the below error message. The user has all the "Browse Projects" permissions. Could I ask if there is something I'm doing wrong?
Thanks in advance!
Please check if you have access to all projects in the board’s filter. If the board includes multiple projects and if you lack access to even one of them, Jira will block the sprint entirely in JQL.
Also please check if you have access to the board filter itself. If the saved filter is private or not shared with you, this error can appear.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Rajat
Hi Rajat, thanks for the answer.
I'm with my administrator account and I'm still getting the same, doesn't matter what I try. When I click the "View in Issue Navigator" button next to the green flag, it just opens the search with this error.
All of the issues in this board are under the same project. Anything else I can try?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
This can still mean you don't have permissions to projects where an issue on the board might be in.
Anyone with project admin rile, could have remove you or the admin group you are in.
So you need to check the permissions as said by @Rajat Pratap Singh

"Browse Permission" allows a user to view issues within a specific project.
Do you have manage sprint permission?
