Once I open any ticket in Jira (Cloud) any video attached to such ticket will start automatically downloading to my computer
I had also entered a ticket for this and the work around that I was give was to have the user that is uploading the video to go into their personal settings and turn off Jira Labs. That feature is still being worked on so it is causing this auto bug to manifest.
