Version Report support is ending? Is there any replacement planned?

is there any replacement plant for the Version Reports?

Taking a look at the file image_029622.png, the Version Report is indeed going to be retired on Jul 31, 2026. 🗓️

To replace it and keep tracking our version progress and dates smoothly, I suggest two options:

• Filter Counts: We can set up some dashboards using Filter Counts gadgets. We just need to create some specific JQLs focused on our Fix Version, and it makes it super easy to monitor the volume of pending and completed issues.

• Atlassian Analytics: If the idea is to have more advanced projections and cross-reference historical data to forecast deliveries, Analytics is the way to go. It's much more robust and customizable than the native report.

The report is no longer showing up as being retired for me. Where as other report are still labelled as being retired?


Did Atlassian decide to change their mind due to negative feedback on this planned change?

Welcome to the community!

The Version Report gadget on dashboards was retired a while back — Atlassian pulled it from the dashboard gadget picker and there's no plan to bring it back.

If that's what you were relying on, the closest workaround is the Issue Statistics gadget
