Dear team,

within our version report we cannot hit the 100% within the predicted timelines. We checked if all dones has a resolution. Also the story points are filled, not at all tickets but on the most ones.

The predited lines end at 85% and not by 100%. Why this is?

Best regards

Alexander

Hi @kru-se,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This report calculates an average daily velocity based on past time interval in order to predict the ETA and the amount of work expected to hit/complete at the planned end date. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver0816/version-report-1064080254.html

This happens because the calculated average daily velocity is lower than the ideal velocity that you need to achieve 100%.

Hope this helps.

Danut.
