I'm trying to validate Jira Cloud's compliance to 21 CFR Part 11(ER), particularly for issues creation and tracking. Any verification report can be provided by Atlassian?

I am not familiar with those compliance standards and honestly don't have the bandwidth to become familiar with them.

What do you mean by a "validation report"? And are you talking about validation of the backups that Atlassian takes, which are for disaster recovery of their services. Or are you looking for validation of a backup you would take of your specific site's data?
