Verification failed: Failed to login to Jira. HTTP error 404

Good evening. 

I'm attempting to Enable provisioning to automate Atlassian Jira Cloud user account creation, deactivation, and updates in OKTA. Upon entering my admin credentials and API key, I get the error "Verification failed: Failed to login to Jira. HTTP error 404".

I've followed the instructions as per

I'm able to sign into Jira without issue and cannot figure why I'm receiving this message. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
