Hi @Ting Ting Wang I found there was a suppression on the address you mentioned. I have cleared these suppressions from all users on your domain.
Typically these happen because your mail server replied with some kind of response that indicates the account was inactive or unavailable. I did not find a clear bounce on this, but I think this is because that suppression could have happened more than 30 days ago, before when we have logs of the event.
Have the admin or of you are the admin of your instance raise and issue at Atlassian Support.
If you are on a free tier, activate the standard trail and raise your request, hten revert your instance to the free tier.
