Asking if possible to create a Jira Dashboard Gadget - similar to the 'Two Dimensional Filter Statistic' - where you can count Total Story points Committed vs. Story points Completed by Sprint.

There is not a native Velocity gadget in Jira that can be added to a dashboard, and the project-specific Velocity Chart would be the best option for a native view option of the data. We have a feature request tracking interest in a dashboard gadget for this, that can be seen here:
Please make sure to add a vote to the request to track continued interest in the feature.
