A couple of questions regarding the velocity charts for each sprint

- If I adjust the task points downwards upon completion (task was easier than expected) will that adjust the sprint velocity accordingly? Or does it only account for the original point estimates when the sprint started?

- Also If I add or remove tasks after a Sprint starts, does it have any effect on the velocity?

Hello @Aabid Siddique

Welcome to the community.

Changes to Story Points and the addition/removal of stories after the sprint starts do not change the Commitment value in the Velocity Chart. Those changes are reflected only in the Completed value in the chart.
