I have validated several different locally installed defect tracking tools, but do not have experience with cloud-based tools.
How does one approach validating cloud-based Jira as a defect tracking tool?
One concern is Atlassian can update/upgrade the cloud-base Jira at any time. How can that be addressed so the tool does not need to be continuously re-validated? Are there other concerns that need to be addressed because Jira is cloud-based?
