'Validation failed' error when copying a workflow

I cannot copy or 'Save As new workflow' on a currently used workflow.

I have tried to copy the workflow from the 'Actions' column under Workflows, but get an Validation failed error

I have then tried to edit the workflow and Save as new workflow, but I get the same validation failed.

Please check if any other workflow with similar name exist in your project. This may cause a validation error.

I have checked this and there is no other workflow with this name. I have copied this workflow since FY22 with no problems.

Maybe take the colon out and see if it lets you save it. It might not like the special character.
