Using Jira to send via email/download to drive custom report for multiple projects data

Can I generate a email/file report containing my data from JIRA using a custom report so I can import that data into MS ACCESS?  If so, how? For instance, I want to export all active JIRA Requirements for a particular time period (next 30 days), with dates (fix-date, etc...) and a few custom fields and send this report via email or actually to a drive so it can be used in reporting by matching against other ms-access (SQL) databases.

If you are open to using 3rd-party applications, our app Notification Assistant for Jira can help you with this scenario.

It allows you to create fully customizable notification schemes and templates.

• You could create a notification rule similar to the one below, where you'll place your JQL query / filter:

Since the apps allows you to build your own templates, you can choose whether to add any data or sending just the CSV file as well as selecting the fields to display in the CSV file.
