Hi Team,
We have imported “Change request workflow”, same is not visible tin workflow screen. We have done the re-indexing too.
However we can see something has downloaded to our instance of Jira – in the screens tab workflow elements from the down exist.
Do we need to have any specific browser to access the JIRA instance. Kindly suggest.

You imported a workflow, but did you add it to a workflow scheme? Workflow schemes can be added to projects, not individual workflows.

Yes We have added workflow scheme to project.
The issue was with IE browser, we have tried the same with Mozilla Firefox and all looks good now.
