Hi there,

I have an automation rule written to create standard subtasks on Stories/Bugs after they are created. I kept them extremely generic names to make them reusable, but I'm being asked to add additional detail in the Description that matches the parent Story/Bug. Ideally I'd like to just append the Subtask name to add on the Description of the parent issue at the ie.

For example, if I have a story that is titled "Configure Fields for Incident Screen" (this is what would change on every item), the subtasks added are for Development, Unit Testing and Quality testing, I'd like the names to become

  • Development - Configure Fields for Incident Screen
  • Unit Testing - Configure Fields for Incident Screen
  • Quality Testing - Configure Fields for Incident Screen

I appreciate any help in advance!
